Are you abiding in the presence of God! There is joy and pleasure in nearness to God.

Often times we call deal with self opposition, but we will also see others who are opposing themselves. Today we will look at how to deal with self opposition.

The name Jason meant supplanter, deceiver, it wasn' t a good name and the Lord wanted to change that. Jacob and God wrestled it out one night until the break of dawn and Jacob surrendered to God. Jacobs name went from deceiver to Israel meaning victorious with God.

1 Samuel 17 - David and Goliath. David wasn't content to sit around and talk about Goliath and how Goliath needed taken care of. David was willing to take care of him.

The Church of the living God is far too powerful to be pinned down. Is Christ pinned down? No! His church should not be pinned down either! It is time to return to the offensive! Matthew 16:18

Are you dealing with things in your life that need to be given leave? Do you desire things in your life that need to be spoken into existence? Jesus can give leave!

The potential for distractions are all around us. But, we chose whether or not we will be distracted. We are to position ourselves on the daily in a place where we can hear the voice of God.

Are you committed to daily dying? Being crucified with Christ is not an overnight thing, it is carried out over the course of time from daily dying.

People say, "God can't use me I am weak." But, God has used the weak before, and is using the weak, and will use the weak."

Our mindset should be, "I can't but God can." How much more could be accomplished for the Lord if we kicked I can't to the curb and focused on God can?
