As the year comes to an end today I reflect and I am grateful for your time and everything that has happened to me and I also charge you for the new year. Do not burden yourself but be grateful and document your journey. You will look back and see all the answers you get.

Words are powerful and you can create your own reality with the words that you speak. As we wrap up this year, take time to speak what you want to see.

The ear is the womb of the body, what you listen to tend to shapen your life. Speak words that will build you up.

We all need a shoulder to lean on. Be the kind of support you want.

As the year draws to an end, gratitude is a major tool needed. Be thankful for your sanity and well being. Be thankful to be alive. Start the new year already and don't wait for the first of January
