  • Stop Obsessing Over Your Screentime

Are you constantly checking your screen time and feeling guilty about it? In this video, I explain why obsessing over your screen time can actually make things worse and what you can do instead.Whether your screen time is 5 hours or 10 hours, constantly checking the numbers creates a cycle of guilt, temporary improvement, and frustration. I share what I’ve learned from my own experience and how changing your environment, embracing boredom, and creating small barriers can help you naturally reduce your screen time without stress. It’s not about limiting your screen time but it’s about changing your relationship with your phone and taking control of your habits.Let's Stay ConnectedSpotify (for audio listeners): https://open.spotify.com/show/6Ov9McZgbzXwjdZzs15nhxBlog: http://tresza.com/Udemy (for GCSE Maths Students): https://www.udemy.com/user/tresza/My Filming SetupCamera: DJI osmo action 5Microphone: DJI mic miniLighting: Natural light from the sun 😊⚠️ Some links are affiliate links so I may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. • You Can Be Grateful And Still Want More

This video sounds like a walking contradiction: how can you be grateful for what you have AND still want more. It's a huge juxtaposition, almost like those two things can't exist together. How can you be content with where you are, yet still desire growth, progress or better opportunities? But the truth is... you can. It is possible. You can be satisfied with your life and genuinely be thankful for everything you have achieved so far, while still having ambitions, wanting more for yourself and striving for the next level. Both emotions can coexist. This video is just me reflecting on that nuance, the balance between gratitude and ambition, and why wanting more doesn't make you ungrateful. It just makes you human as cliche as that may sound!Let's Stay ConnectedSpotify (for audio listeners): https://open.spotify.com/show/6Ov9McZgbzXwjdZzs15nhxBlog: http://tresza.com/Udemy (for GCSE Maths Students): https://www.udemy.com/user/tresza/My Filming SetupCamera: DJI osmo action 5Microphone: DJI mic miniLighting: Natural light from the sun 😊⚠️ Some links are affiliate links so I may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. • "Just Be Yourself" They Say

This is a reflection about the narrative of being yourself, and just breaking it down and talking about it honestly. I think sometimes we tend to struggle with what “being yourself” really means, and I just wanted to talk about it more and bring to light that we don’t have to show our full selves when meeting new people initially. We shouldn’t put pressure on ourselves to do that, it will come out naturally over time.YouTube Channel that inspired me:https://www.youtube.com/@UCqioV72c31nWh_MZ__G1jugLet's Stay ConnectedSpotify (for audio listeners ): https://open.spotify.com/show/6Ov9McZgbzXwjdZzs15nhxBlog: http://tresza.com/Udemy (for GCSE Maths Students): https://www.udemy.com/user/tresza/My Filming SetupCamera:Microphone:Lighting: Natural light 😊⚠️ Some links are affiliate links so I may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. • How To Actually Read More Books This Year

Being able to read more books and stay consistent with reading has been a long-time goal of mine, but the problem I had was consistency and making it a habit. I was incredibly inconsistent with reading. One day I would read a book, then forget about it, and the next time I remembered to read would be a month or so later. Whenever I started reading, I would set high expectations, telling myself that I would read consistently for an hour, even though I knew that wasn’t realistic. When I didn’t achieve it, I felt like giving up.If you’re in the same situation I was in, hopefully this video will help, as I’ll be sharing a tip that really helped me and explaining how a change in mindset towards reading can help you stay consistent. At the end, I also mention starting a reading community, so let me know if you’re interested.Let's Stay ConnectedSpotify (for audio listeners): https://open.spotify.com/show/6Ov9McZgbzXwjdZzs15nhxBlog: http://tresza.com/Udemy (for GCSE Maths Students): https://www.udemy.com/user/tresza/My Filming SetupCamera:Microphone:Lighting: Natural light from the sun 😊⚠️ Some links are affiliate links so I may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. • Stay Curious

When was the last time you stayed curious?Being in university helped me understand the importance of staying curious, being critical, and not just accepting information at face value. It’s so important to ask why, why is it like that? Are there alternative opinions? Especially with modern technology and the rise of artificial intelligence, we’ve become less curious. If you type a question on ChatGPT, Gemini, or DeepSeek, you’ll get an instant answer. And sometimes we just rely on that answer without exploring why or how, without questioning it ourselves. I feel like that’s why, because we’re less curious, we can be so susceptible to misinformation. This video is a reflection and a reminder to continue being curious and critical, to ask questions. No question is truly silly because even a “silly” question is better than not asking at all. If you don’t ask, you’ll be left wondering, and you won’t take action. So, stay curious!Let's Stay ConnectedSpotify (for audio listeners ): https://open.spotify.com/show/6Ov9McZgbzXwjdZzs15nhxBlog: http://tresza.com/Udemy (for GCSE Maths Students): https://www.udemy.com/user/tresza/My Filming SetupCamera:Microphone:Lighting: Natural light 😊⚠️ Some links are affiliate links so I may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. • Why Can't We Eat In Silence Anymore?

When was the last time you ate food in silence, without watching a show on Netflix, for instance, or a YouTube video? One day I caught myself grabbing my laptop to watch a show on Netflix while eating, and I was like, why am I doing that? Why was that my first initial reaction? Then it got me thinking, why don’t I eat in silence? I then noticed that quite a lot of people that I know do that as well. I think that with the advancement of technology and how well integrated technology is within our lives and how accessible it is, technology has been integrated with our day-to-day activities like something as mundane as eating. This video is just a reflection on it, and to encourage us to sometimes take a break from technology (not like a full-day break, because that may be unrealistic) but for things like eating, why don’t we eat in silence every now and again, and enjoy the background noise and take in our surroundings and environment as much as we can. This is not to say that we should not use technology or watch our favourite show while eating, because that’s very unrealistic, but to have the detox every once in a while. So the next time you are eating your meal, don’t grab your laptop, tablet, or phone, just eat in silence!Let's Stay ConnectedSpotify (for audio listeners ): https://open.spotify.com/show/6Ov9McZgbzXwjdZzs15nhxBlog: http://tresza.com/Udemy (for GCSE Maths Students): https://www.udemy.com/user/tresza/My Filming SetupCamera:Microphone:Lighting: Natural light 😊⚠️ Some links are affiliate links so I may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you.
