In this episode, we talk about what to look for when hiring an agent and finding a lender if you're ready to get pre-approved. 

• "Interview" and meet with a few agents. 
• Ask about their experience,  how well they know the area where you're looking, what their buying or selling process is, marketing plan, the reach of their professional network (both with other agents and other service providers), their communication style and most importantly,  how they're going to get you to the closing table. 
• When hiring a lender, your rate is only one piece of the puzzle. You'll want to ask whether the lender holds the loans, how quickly you can expect a response from your originator and to see a detailed lender fee's worksheet (before getting pre-approved!)
