As a host passionate about African American history, politics, and culture, I believe it’s essential to explore how music can serve as a catalyst for social change. Midnight Oil, an Australian rock band, released "Beds Are Burning" in 1987 as a rallying cry against the injustices faced by Indigenous Australians.
