Pete has been with Penguin for just over 3 years now but previously boasts over 20 years experience within the IT & Data world, spending time at retail giants Mark & Spencers, John Lewis & Waitrose. 

In this episode, Pete discusses the role of Chief Data Officer and the role he believes it should play in a modern C-suite. He also takes a deep dive into what it takes to be a leader and how to retain staff in what is one of the most turbulent markets we have ever seen.
