TRIA TALKS | Episode 1 Ft. GBG
In our first ever episode of TRIA Talks, our marketing & social media consultant Shey Spears, sits down with GBG's Software Development Manager, Pete Willingham & Lead Developer, Joseph Green.
They both are key stakeholders in the software engineering team of one of GBG's flagship products, "Identity". In this episode, Shey leads a conversation in what tech currently looks like at GBG, where they are headed and what it means to be a developer at GBG.
This is the first in what we hope will become a regular series for TRIA recruitment, already with some very exciting guests lined up for the months ahead.
Here at TRIA we welcome the fact that most large organisations are building their own in house recruitment capability and are using effective employer brand strategies to attract great talent. This means our clients only work with us when there is a genuine need for specialist staffing. Which is required more often than not 🤷♂️ 🤷♀️
