Sarah has been with Monzo for nearly 3 years now but previously boasts almost 10 years experience within the testing world, spending time at Ringo Parking and the AA 👩‍💻

In this episode, Sarah discusses her unique path into testing, her rise to working for one of the digital banking giants and the importance of representation and a diverse workforce in tech. Sarah also shares her experiences with recruiters (bad & good) and why its always a good idea to pick your favourites and keep in touch.
