We recently had the opportunity to take part in a virtual roundtable with some of the actors from Andor, including Kyle Soller (Syril Karn), Denise Gough (Dedra Meero), Genevieve O'Reilly (Mon Mothma), Adria Arjona (Bix Caleen), DIEGO LUNA (Cassian Andor & Executive Producer) and Showrunner and Creator, TONY GILROY! We're so humbled to have been able to participate in this event and to ask some questions to these amazing actors.

In the briefing room of Home One, Caroline Blakiston gave life to Mon Mothma. Twenty years later, Genevieve O’Reilly would be brought to give new life to this character in Revenge Of The Sith, only to have those scenes cut. Sometimes life has surprises, and more than a decade later Genevieve would be able to bring back this character for Rogue One, and soon after voice it in Star Wars Rebels.
Who knew a spinoff series for Rogue One based on Diego Luna's Cassian Andor would happen, and that Genevieve would once again be asked to reprise the role of Mon Mothma, only this time with more depth and complexity than we've ever had for the character. Today we're joined by Scotty Holiday, as we continue our journey of anticipation for Andor season 2 by taking a look back at the Mon Mothma from the beloved Rebels, her characterization in that show, and how Andor has re-contextualized her scenes and motivations.

We're only weeks away from Star Wars Celebration Japan 2025! After a long time of waiting, Lucasfilm has finally revealed the Panels for the convention and there is a lot to discuss.
We were honestly split 50/50 by the announcements, on the one hand, many were expected, on the other, there were some glaring omissions. Today, we discuss the panels announced that stuck out to us, consider the panels we thought would've happened but aren't, and speculate about what announcements about new films, series, or books that could be revealed at these panels.

Once upon a time, in a Galaxy far far away, Anakin Skywalker asked Qui Gon Jinn, "I've been wondering, what are Midi-Chlorians?" Ever since then, Star Wars fandom has not been the same, debating the concept of a biological explanation to the mystical Force and whether it belongs in the canon. In the post-George era, Lucasfilm has shied away from even mentioning Midi-Chlorians, often using M-Count until finally The Bad Batch finally courageously mentioned them explicitly.
Today, in what is a little preview of what Star Wars Celebration Japan has in store for us, Professor Scotty Jayro from The Bombadcast joins us to talk about his University Stage panel, a masterclass presentation which will expand on his video essay, Understanding The Importance of Midi-chlorians & The Force. It is truly an insightful and meaningful discussion about our place in this galaxy and our symbiosis with everything and everyone.
Additionally, Lucasfilm decided to drop the Andor Season 2 trailer the same day we recorded this so of course we needed to react and discuss it!
