This episode is more testimony in the punishment phase of the Darlie Routier Trial. These testimonies are meant to influence the jury one way or the other of choosing to put Darlie in prison for life or give her the death penalty. In this episode, we hear from Darlie’s mom, Darlie Kee, as well as Darin who gets on the stand to clear up some testimony and then, at 9:00 the next morning, we hear the Charge to the Jury. The punishment phase arguments are about to start (that will be in episode #77), it’s 9:14 in the morning and Darin still isn’t in the courtroom.
