Carson interviews former NCSU football player Camden Woods about his time playing for the Wolf Pack.

We start the show with a moment of silence for our original studio which has been sold #RIP. We also welcome the reigning Friend of the Program, Zach "Big Dawg" Moran onto the show for his highly anticipated college football preview.

Cody is busy training for his donut mile run so fresh off of the vacation holiday Carson & Mitchell discuss the best parts about the 4th of July. The guys also debate who is the better athlete between Joey Chestnut and Usain Bolt.

The guys are back after over a month to talk about the Carolina Hurricanes current playoff run, how Mitchell got married & we are all off the market (sorry ladies), and the first-ever science lesson on our show.

The guys are back to discuss the UNC-Duke final four matchup as well as the UNC-Kansas national championship game. Cody gives us the latest update on the Carolina Hurricanes and questions with Carson are back!!

The unthinkable has happened as UNC & Duke are meeting for the first time ever in the Final Four and the guys are here to preview the game and give their thoughts.

It's the best time of year again! The guys discuss the ACC Tournament, upcoming NCAA Tournament, and Cody's surprise haircut. We also talk a little hockey and reveal some breaking news that happened while recording.
