This is the Introduction to the the book that I wrote with my long term business associate, George Sibbald. We have discussed the ideal management paradigm that you need when you manage a highly driven, innovation based business. This can be a technology company but it is more interesting in low tech companies that have not experienced "High Velocity Management" before. We have lots of experience in this area and the book is our "paradigm" or set of rules that we have observed that need to be in place to both create and sustain an innovation culture.
