This is a full podcast on my race experience at Ironman Chattanooga, what it was like to adapt to the cancelled swim and how I pulled off the best race of my life.
Paul Millerd has been a big inspiration on my writing journey. I speed read his book The Pathless Path in 2023 and loved his ideas on breaking free from the "Default Path" in life and carving your own. His new book, "Good Work" comes out next week.
This was my first time having a guest on the pod and enjoyed the chance to connect aspects of Paul's journey becoming an online writer to themes of endurance and taking more from life.

Do you want to get faster and better at endurance? This episode is for the athlete ready to evolve beyond just finishing, improve their training process and throw down on race day.
Watch this on YouTube if you want to see all the screen shares and behind the scenes of my process. All ideas will still resonate over podcast audio though.
I share my big recent breakthrough on what this book is, they key ideas and how they fit together, where I'm taking inspiration and how I'm thinking about captivating the reader.
