Listen to Ryan Menzies, Tribe’s senior trainer and soon to be Group Exercise Manager at Tribe Kirrawee. Ryan talks all things life from growing up on the Gold Coast, his Rugby days, finding his chosen career, competing in a multitude of challenging events to becoming a father for the first time.  

He touches on the life lessons he has learnt along the way, his love for family and his hopes for his daughter, Daisy.
