  • How It All Ends – Heaven
Beloved in Jesus Christ: "Eschatology" is "the study of last things," things that will happen at the end of the world. Now the Bible does not give too many details about the end times, because God does not want man to become preoccupied with eschatological events since man has work to do now. Our Lord said that you must "occupy" – be busy with his work – until he comes. With that said, God does say SOME things about "end times" matters. Why? God does not want his people to be totally ignorant of this matter, because eschatology, properly understood, is a comfort to Christians and it makes them bold, especially when facing persecution, as in Muslim, Hindu, communist countries, and even Canada today. Specifically, when you know terrible days won't last forever, and Jesus will win… and you know the joys that are ahead… you will be comforted and made bold to face challenges now! In the 1st sermon you heard about the order of the events at end times, specifically, when Christ will return and what will happen on earth. Today you will find out what will happen in heaven when Christ comes. Our headings are: 1. All men will make a personal appearance before God 2. All men will be personally judged by a holy God Our goals are: That on properly understanding what the Bible teaches about the end times you will find comfort during persecution and be encouraged to faithfully serve the Lord.

  • No Separation from Christ's Love
In the final section of Romans 8, the apostle Paul reminds us that no circumstance or difficulty can separate us from Christ's love for us. In all of them, including death, we are super conquerors! Paul himself experienced all of the items in the list he gives of potential barriers blocking God's love for us in Christ, so he can say with authority that no being, and no event is able to separate us from His love.

  • Living Sacrifice
The sermon expounds on Romans chapter 12, urging believers to present themselves as living sacrifices and resist conformity to the world through the renewal of their minds. It emphasizes the proper use of spiritual gifts within the body of Christ, highlighting humility, genuine love without hypocrisy, and a deep abhorrence for evil. The message stresses the importance of unity, patience in tribulation, constant prayer, and extending hospitality and blessings even to persecutors. Ultimately, it calls for overcoming evil with good by trusting God's justice rather than seeking personal vengeance, relying entirely on Christ's power for daily faithful service.

  • 1st Cor 15.50-58 - The Resurrection & the Gospel - Part 5
This sermon concludes a study on the resurrection by examining 1 Corinthians 15, emphasizing that physical flesh cannot inherit eternal life and must be transformed into an incorruptible spiritual body. The preacher argues for the imminent rapture of the church before the tribulation period, asserting that believers will instantly meet Christ in the clouds with glorified bodies. By highlighting the defeat of death through Jesus Christ, the message encourages Christians to overcome the fear of dying and remain steadfast in their service. The text underscores that because sin is forgiven and victory is secured, every act of labor for the Lord is eternally significant and never in vain.
