In this episode I chat with Ryan Baker and Inga Slade about the death of their brother Stephen. He passed away after falling on the first rappel in Englestead Hollow Zion National Park UT. We discuss how they got started canyoneering and what when wrong that awful day. We also cover what we as canyoneers can do different so we don't find ourselves in the same predicament on day. Please remember when you are doing long rappels its important to have a device that allows you to add friction as you are descending and the the force changes. I personally love the Imlay Critr 2.
