Mike Klein is an internal and social communication consultant with an interest in developing the field of communication leadership through his #WeLeadComms initiative. Mike is Iceland-based, with additional experience in Belgium, Denmark, Germany, Great Britain, the Netherlands and the US.
Mike has worked in a broad range of editorial, communication planning and research roles. Key activities include editorial planning, writing, qualitative research, and event content for senior leaders, organizational change initiatives, M&A programs and internal communication functions in major companies.
Mike authored "From Lincoln to LinkedIn, the 55 Minute Guide to Social Communication," a manual for mobilizing peer-to-peer communication in communities and organisations. He has also spoken at the University of Belgrade, Reykjavik University, Quadriga University of Applied Sciences in Berlin, and at IABC World Conferences in Washington, Toronto, Montreal and Vancouver.
