Steve Browne is Chief People Officer (CPO) at LaRosa's, Inc., a regional Pizzeria restaurant chain in Southwest Ohio with 13 locations and more than 1,200 Team Members. Steve has devoted 30+ years of his career to human resources and in his current role as CPO his aim is to provide strategic leadership to foster and ensure a people-first culture across the organisation.
Steve is taking a much different approach to HR than many other opportunities he´s had, or that he sees in most companies. He is working with the Executives to truly integrate HR across the LaRosa's, Inc. so that it is a true Business Partner that can work with the Team Members they have to improve their Company.
Steve´s specialities are expertise in the areas of Employee Relations, Networking, and Company Culture. He's also very active on Social Media, has a nationally recognised HR blog – Everyday People. (http://sbrownehr.com) – and often ranks among the 100 most influential HR voices on social media.
