  • TRICH TALKS: HONEY
Listen as I speak with mental health and trichotillomania advocate Honey of @rainbowofproblems about her experience with the hair-pulling disorder. Honey has suffered from trichotillomania since she was about 7 years old. When she was younger she had no idea why she was pulling out her hair, as there was no education around BFRBs at the time - but now there is much more than there was! Now Honey spends her days trying to learn and understand her trichotillomania, because it's not as simple to 'just stop' doing it. Honey posts about her trichotillomania journey on Instagram to help those with trichotillomania feel less alone, and to also educate those who don't quite understand it!
