Hello, my name is Tricia Mogstad but my spirit name is White Buffalo Woman. I have been working with spirit, earth elementals, and animals for most of my life but more officially for the last 28 years. I officially began my training in Norway in my 20’s with a Scandinavian Shaman, Christer, who took me through the ropes, training, and initiation. In the first year back in Canada, I was led to another Medicine woman from BC, White Elk Medicine woman whom I have worked closely with for the last 13 years.

I am currently deep in a specialized training apprenticeship with a Wind Shaman, Renee Baribeau, that has added a monumental force not only in my work but in my personal life. I look forward to bringing to this table of ours more knowledge and healing for you and our earth.

I am also a wildlife rehabilitator, Holistic Health Practitioner, Homeopath, Craniosacral Therapist, Reiki Master, and Chios Energy Master.
