I battled severe depression throughout the majority of my early-mid 20's that kept me bed ridden for large chunks of the day.


It was debilitating.


I struggled to find work, I flopped in and out of relationships, my friendships were lacking substance and my self-confidence was at an all time low.


The battle was real and raged for the most part into my early 30's when I finally discovered some weapons to help me fight back.
