Designing a city of the future requires an open mind concept to adopt the future technologies. New Interior architects are practicing this concept now in schools. The world in 2050 will be a different world.
The Lever House is a glass-box skyscraper at 390 Park Avenue in Midtown Manhattan, New York City, going to welcome the city of the future landscape. Built-in the International Style according to the design principles of Ludwig Mies van der Rohe, the building was designed by Gordon Bunshaft and Natalie de Blois of Skidmore, Owings, and Merrill. Completed in 1952, it was the second curtain wall skyscraper in New York City after the United Nations Secretariat Building.
This concept design is a future building and architecture technique we're likely to see in the future with AI technology.
Future city ambiance will be different from the current cities, and architecture students going to make this happen now.

We discussed Jupiter and Saturn will have their 2020 great conjunction on December 21, the day of the December solstice and aliens science fiction. Jupiter & Saturn- two worlds will be visibly closer in our sky than they've been since medieval times, in 1226. At their closest, Jupiter and Saturn will be only 0.1 degrees apart!
What makes this year’s spectacle so rare, then? It’s been nearly 400 years since the planets passed this close to each other in the sky, and nearly 800 years since the alignment of Saturn and Jupiter occurred at night, as it will for 2020, allowing nearly everyone around the world to witness this “great conjunction.”
The planets will be easy to see with the unaided eye by looking toward the southwest just after sunset.
While the closest approach happens on the 21st around 11 am PST (18 UTC), the planets will be sufficiently aligned to enjoy the view for a couple of days before and after. They could be easily found in the sky right after the sunset, about 30 degrees left and up from the Sun.
