No interview this week. I want to keep this episode quick but intimate. I will warn you as there are some touchy subjects mentioned in this one. From my own personal experience but also a lot of others around me. 

This is a mini recap from the events that happened this weekend and how we can learn and master our selves. Vulnerability is the cure to this mental health pandemic. Without it, there is no recovery. Take the lead and speak out, give permission to the friends and family around you to do the same. We all have that power SO USE IT! 

We are all sick and tired of rising suicide rates and yet there are more mental health resources around us than ever before? 

There has to be another way out. Breathe work wont fix it, cold plunges wont fix it, eating a clean, vegan diet wont fix it... They all help but this is a lot bigger than surface level, band aid style fixes. We need to go deep! We need to talk about the dark pasts and the shadows that lurk behind us. 

Thats what made us who we are. Thats what got us there in the first place, it will get us out.
