You know I don't bottle things up or sugar coat anything, so prepare yourself.  I am angry and low and feeling like I'm all rough edges.  But I have something to say to all of you and I'm going to say it no matter how difficult it is.  Prepare for my tears and remember one thing if nothing else.  You are absolutely amazing.
