Our emotional wellbeing is more important than what you may think.
Every time we get triggered and then either repress or project this energy onto another we create distortion not only in our own lives but in the world around us.
In this episode I talk a little about my journey with my own emotions, how for a lot of my life I thought there was something inherently wrong with me. I would find myself on emotional highs and emotional lows and in the low times I would often say and do things that later I would have to apologize for.
When I started working with my own emotional waves is when my life started to shift.
Emotional distortion is a very real thing, and it's the reason on some days you hate your life and it's also the reason that on other days you love your life. When we become more aware of our emotional waves within ourselves and within our relationships and learn to get curious, and communicate honestly everything can start to shift.
In this time in the world - we need to clean up emotional distortion messes that we are causing if we are not aware of this within ourselves. It makes a massive difference not only in our lives but in the world around us.
