Triggers in a Twin Flame Relationship & Dealing With Separation // Episode #11
After a little tiff at the weekend, Chris and I decided to chat about it. Being authentic and real about twin flame relationships, also being separated. It has been a tough few weeks since Chris left for New Zealand and we have had to adapt to our new living environments. But we urge other couples to ride with the changes and work on those triggers gracefully and compassionately. Your partner always has something to teach you about yourself. As twin flames we are always mirroring back what needs healing in the other person. Chris and I have worked hard on our ego this year and we will continue to do so. After our 4th tiff of the year we thought its time to spread the news and help others. To not only know its normal but to show others that you can have a wonderful loving relationship and still have tiffs. We grow, learn and teach each other through the whole process.
