  • Psalm 102 - The Whole Christ
    * Due to a recording error, the sermon gets cut off short. We apologize for the inconvenience

Seek wisdom & understanding like Jesus, who grew in humble obedience. As Solomon asked, God gives true wisdom, marked by mercy, kindness & pleasing Him. Confess sins; the humble find forgiveness.

  • Psalm 101 - The Prince’s Psalm
Jesus is the supreme King with absolute dominion, not just a spiritual figure. Herod vainly tried to block His kingship, while David humbly saw his own rule as derived from God and longed to serve the coming Messiah.
In Psalm 101, David pledges integrity—rejecting wickedness, deceit, arrogance, and slanderers—while upholding justice, mercy, and surrounding himself with the faithful. All authority flows from Christ; leaders must submit to Him, starting with personal holiness, as David's life (and failures) shows.
Though we fall short, hope lies in Jesus' perfect fulfillment. We’re called to humble submission, faithful service, and reliance on His grace as our true King.

  • Psalm 100 - Have a Merry Christmas!
Psalm 100 is a joyful call to worship the reigning Lord. It issues seven commands: shout, serve, come, know, enter, give thanks, and bless His name. At its heart is the command to know the Lord, our Creator, Redeemer, and faithful Shepherd, who made and claims us as His own.
This knowledge produces glad service and deep gratitude. As His beloved people, we belong to Christ and are commanded to rejoice in Him. Christmas reminds us that joy is not optional but a duty, anchoring us in hope amid trials and pointing to the eternal feast to come.

  • Psalm 99 - Thrice Holy Lord
Psalm 99 praises the holy, enthroned Lord who reigns between the cherubim. It calls us to worship the thrice-holy God whose perfect justice and abundant mercy are perfectly balanced.
Unlike human rulers, He loves righteousness and executes justice with equity. This holy God is both transcendent and near. The sermon highlights the paradox of justice and mercy, fully revealed and reconciled at the cross of Jesus Christ.
Therefore, we are called to worship and revere the holy One who reigns supreme.

  • Psalm 98 - Awaiting the Bridegroom
Psalm 98 calls us to joyful celebration of God’s salvation and coming victory. It invites all creation to sing, shout, and praise with instruments for His faithful mercy and righteousness. Though the world is broken by sin and injustice, we trust God’s promise: Christ will return to judge with perfect equity, renew all things, and bring His church to Himself. In the darkness, we hold fast to faith, labor hopefully, and rejoice in His sure deliverance.

  • Ephesians 5:25-33 - Harmony in the Home, Part 2
The sons of Issachar understood the times and knew what Israel ought to do. In our day the battle will be won by happy, godly, Christ-extolling homes. Charlie Kirk’s counsel was the same: get married, have children, build a legacy, pass down your values, pursue the eternal.
Christ who was rich became poor so that we might become rich in Him. He gave Himself up for the Church to sanctify and cleanse her, and to present her to Himself a glorious Bride. Our marriages are that story on a smaller scale. A man who does not love his wife as his own body lies about Christ and the Church.
A husband’s love provides for his wife—paying the bills, resourcing her work, planning wisely, and spending in a way that shows he cherishes her as his own flesh. A husband’s love protects his wife. The story of Scripture is “kill the dragon, get the girl.” Adam failed; the Second Adam did not. Deceivers still target wives and children, so a husband’s love must be protective. A husband’s love also leads his wife. God gives the man a mission and gives him his Eve as helper. He must know his calling and communicate it so she can help him.
The full gospel is “kill the dragon, get the girl, and save the world.” Husbands provide, protect, and then get to work building the kingdom.

  • Ephesians 5:22-24 - Harmony in the Home, Part 1
Peace in the home is a beautiful thing. Marriage was made for glorious harmony: a man leaves father and mother, cleaves to his wife, and the two become one flesh—a union that speaks of Christ and the Church. The devil hates that harmony and first struck it by turning husband against wife. In our day that strife has hardened into feminism, which divides men and women and pollutes the fountain from which children and nations flow.
Paul does not tell all women to submit to all men. Every wife is to submit to her own husband, as to the Lord. That frees her from every other man, and it also limits a husband’s authority: a Christian wife is loyal to Christ first, and will not go along with sin.
Marriage is about Christ and the Church making all things new. Christ lays down His life for His Bride; the Church receives His grace and multiplies it into the world. So the husband loves, serves, and labors for his wife, and she receives that life and brings it forth for others.
Walk as wise women: do not feed feminist propaganda or try to become a man. Follow your husband’s lead—listen, trust, go along with him, and be patient. Do not live for yourself. Women were made to be life-givers. A godly wife creates gain; she is marked by her industry (Prov. 31). Be really into your husband and your children.

  • Ephesians 5:15-21 - Cosmic Harmony
Music reveals the order and beauty God wrote into the world. From Pythagoras onward, the Great Tradition has shown that harmony is not accident, but the rational order of the cosmos—an order we join with our own voices.
Paul calls us to walk wisely, redeem the time, and be filled with the Spirit, speaking to one another in psalms, hymns, and spiritual songs. Music does not waste time; it redeems it. Creation began with singing (Job 38:4–7), and singing still perfects the days.
Music teaches us to help creation praise God, that it tunes us morally, that discord is conquered in a greater harmony—as God brings good out of chaos—and that many distinct voices, submitted to Christ, become one living temple (Eph. 2:21–22).

  • Ephesians 5:3-14 - Children of Light
Christ is the Light of the World. Darkness did not overcome Him, yet it remains. The Church is the city on a hill, called to let our light shine so that men may see our good works and glorify the Father (Matt. 5:16).
We were once darkness, but God made us light in the Lord. Walk as children of light. The fruit is goodness, righteousness, and truth. Darkness is only an absence; light is substantial. When it shines, hidden things become visible and darkness flees.
The Church illuminates the world by speaking the truth in love—preaching, testimony, gentle rebuke, and even holy mockery when sin parades itself with pomp—and, more fundamentally, by simply being light. Our lives and good works shine. The Church is not merely a walking protest; we call sinners into the kingdom of Christ.

  • Ephesians 5:1-2 - Walk in Love
We were made in the image of God to reflect Him as His children. Sanctification is becoming more fully human as we put off the old self and look more like our Father, who is love—love made flesh in Jesus Christ. Ephesians 5:1-2 therefore calls us to be imitators of God as dear children and to walk in love, just as Christ loved us and gave Himself as an offering and sacrifice, a fragrant aroma to God.
This love is not abstract. God interprets it for us in the historical, flesh-and-blood life of Jesus. The sermon contrasts that true love with the false loves we substitute for it: lust that grasps and consumes rather than giving itself up; words and warm thoughts without action, service, or sacrifice; and empty duty that keeps the form of love while lacking heart, joy, and the Spirit. Christ shows us the real thing.
