With all the self-help resources available and the human desire to be the best that you can be, is self-care a biblical concept? In the final week of our summer sermon series, Ask Us Anything, we're looking to Scripture where we'll see Jesus modeling what good, biblical self-care looks like and learn directly from him.

In this episode of Ask Us Anything: The Podcast, we'll be discussing theology of worship, and addressing the question, "Why do we sing songs from questionable sources?" Certainly, we care greatly about words and what we sing, so this episode will offer insight into selecting music for the church to sing, and how to approach good songs from questionable sources.
