As the Church grows, through the work of the Holy Spirit, so does the pushback from Satan through government and religious leaders. How do the disciples respond? By praying for boldness to continue to share the good news of Jesus.

The day of Pentecost is considered the birthday of the Church. Through the work of the Holy Spirit, we see the Church grow by 3,000 in one day!! Those early followers of the resurrected Jesus valued: 

• Devotion to God and His Word

Since they lived in a different culture with different circumstances, we can't simply copy and paste their practices today. But how do their values fit for us today to go and make disciples of all nations?
