Joy and gratitude are uniquely connected. Spending time in gratitude grows our capacity for joy. We are challenging you to daily give thanks for something in your past, present, and future.

There has been lots written about the importance of being thankful. But true thankfulness is more than just making gratitude lists or writing thank you notes. True appreciation consists of remembering, feeling, and sharing those special moments in our lives.
