The Ninevites sin out of ignorance of who God is. Jonah, on the other hand, sins because of who God is which is contrary to who Jonah wants Him to be. The good news is, God is gracious and compassionate toward both (Guest - Chris Taylor, Planting Pastor, Christ Church Bentonville).

Ezekiel is called as a watchman for the house of Israel and a mouthpiece for the God of Israel.

Ezekiel is commissioned into God's service.  And while Ezekiel was sent to the exiles in Babylon over 2600 years ago, what we learn is just as relevant today as it was then.

"Ezekiel Saw Da Wheel," but what did it point to?

We start our series through this wonderful Old Testament Book of Ezekiel - a message to exiles; a message to the people of God - both then and now.

Mark presents the historical account of the resurrection of Jesus Christ.  We walk with the unexpecting women, we find with them the rolled stone, and we hear from the man in the white robe that Jesus is not here; He is risen!

The One to whom all the promises pointed enters into Jerusalem - on a lowly donkey. But He brings salvation!

Jesus is the restoring one, showing himself to be the Messiah by opening the ears of the deaf.

Jesus performs a miracle at a wedding in Cana as a sign - a sign about who He is.  The miracle was really cool - but it's not about the miracle but about the One who did it.

Jesus seeks.  Jesus saves.  And Jesus rejoices over those He saves.  Wonderful!
