Gavin Yates, CFA – Gavin Yates is the head of Arini in the US and the Co-Founder and former CEO of the Trinity Student Managed Fund. He is a senior member of the investment team and a member of the firm’s Investment Committee. His sector coverage is focused on TMT and subsectors of travel and leisure. Prior to joining Arini, Mr. Yates was a Partner at the London-based credit hedge fund, Makuria Investment Management, where he focused on High Yield and stressed credit opportunities. Previously, he was with Morgan Stanley on their High Yield desk, where he held both credit research and trading roles. Mr. Yates holds a BA in Economics from Trinity College Dublin and is a CFA charterholder.
Hamza Lemssouguer – Hamza Lemssouguer is the Founder and Portfolio Manager of Arini. He initially founded Arini within Credit Suisse Asset Management before spinning out with his team in 2021 to launch a stand-alone fund. Prior to founding Arini, Mr. Lemssouguer was the Head of European High Yield Credit Trading at Credit Suisse. During his time in the role, he strengthened investment and risk management processes which allowed the team to develop a unique perspective on high profile credits and allocate risk in a nimble manner. His focus on downside risk and convexity allowed his team to increase profitability while minimizing risk. As a result, the team’s capital and risk allocation grew materially over the period, leading to the most profitable years in the High Yield Trading Desk’s history. He received two Master’s degrees from École Polytechnique and ENSAE in Applied Mathematics, as well as an Actuary degree from ENSAE.

Sandra Robertson is the founding Chief Investment Officer and Chief Executive Officer of Oxford University Endowment Management (OUem). OUem manages the Oxford Endowment Fund, which includes investors such as the University of Oxford, Oxford colleges, trusts, and other UK charities. The Oxford Endowment Fund (OEF) is invested globally across asset classes. Before joining OUem, Sandra worked at the Wellcome Trust from 1993 to 2007 in various roles, including Head of Private Equity, Head of Alternative Assets, and, most recently, Co-Head of Portfolio Management, serving on its investment committee from 1997 to 2007.

Colm Kelleher was elected Chairman of UBS in April 2022. He served as President of Morgan Stanley until retiring from that firm in 2019, overseeing both the Institutional Securities Business and Wealth Management. Before that, he was Co-President and then President of Morgan Stanley Institutional Securities. Oliver holds a master’s degree in Computer Science and Business Administration from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Zürich (ETH). He started his professional career in 2004 as management consultant with Accenture and Booz & Co. Before joining INFICON in 2018 as President and General Manager of the US Business, he served seven years in various functions at Mettler Toledo in Germany and the USA – last as Head of the Strategic Business Unit Machine Vision Inspection. Oliver Wyrsch became President & CEO of INFICON in January 2023.
Fernando Vicario is CEO of Bank of America’s lead European banking entity, Bank of America Europe DAC. He was appointed Chair of the Federation of International Banks in Ireland (FIBI) for a two-year tenure in 2023. Fernando was formerly head of Corporate and Investment Banking for the European Union and head of Corporate Banking for Europe, Middle East and Africa, at BofA Securities. For over 25 years he has worked across multiple roles for Bank of America including head of Corporate Banking for Financial Institutions in Europe and Emerging Markets (ex-Asia), head of EMEA Global Product Solutions, head of EMEA and Latin America Corporate Banking and co-head of EMEA Debt Capital Markets and Corporate Banking.
Fernando sits on the EMEA regional executive committee; the Global Diversity & Inclusion Council; co-chair of Bank of America’s EMEA D&I Council and co- leads the EMEA Sustainability Strategic Council. Fernando serves as a director on the Board of the Banking & Payments Federation Ireland (BPFI) and of ODI (Open Doors Initiative) in Dublin.

Scott Lynn is the Founder and CEO of Masterworks, the first platform where investors can buy and trade shares in art. Scott founded his first company at just 15 years old and went on to found, acquire and sell several more companies and tech start-ups throughout his career such as Payability, which has provided more than $6B in financing to e-commerce sellers.
As well as a serial entrepreneur, Scott is one of the U.S.’ top art collectors and has built an internationally-recognized collection of Abstract Expressionism that has included works by Clyfford Still, Barnett Newman, Mark Rothko, Willem de Kooning, and more. Charles-Henry Monchau currently serves as the Chief Investment Officer (CIO) at Syz Group, a distinguished Swiss private bank based in Geneva, Switzerland. Syz Group, established in 1996, is a family-owned Swiss bank that specialises in private banking, asset management, and alternative investments.

Carl Thoma is a Founder and Managing Partner at Thoma Bravo, a leading private equity firm. Thoma Bravo manages over $120 billion of assets and is best known for investing in software and technology businesses.
Carl was a Co-Founder and Managing Director at Golder, Thoma, Cressey, Rauner and its predecessor funds since 1980. He began his career at First Chicago Equity Group where he helped build one of the largest and most active private equity firms in the country.
Carl is an avid art collector and he has received an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and a BS degree in Accounting and Agriculture Economics from Oklahoma State University.

Woody Marshall is a General Partner at Technology Crossover Ventures. He joined TCV in 2008 and has been working in the venture capital industry since 1995. He focuses on investments in the FinTech, internet, and the digital media & entertainment industries.
