In this podcast Ed said something that totally resonated:

 News Flash - The “YOU” of before this pandemic WILL NOT get it done!

 

Aint gonna get it done

Things will be more difficult

You will need momentum -

What can you do today that will pay off down the road?

 

So we’re going to talk about 3 of Tripling Down in three different areas of your life

 

Develop:

• Do the extra learning
• Consume content, books
• We spoke about this many times
• The time to do “One More” rep is behind us and the time to do “Two More” reps “Three More” reps is here!
•  Create more by doing things you weren't willing to do yesterday. 
• Create more by being willing, get up earlier, eat the other items, fast
• It's time to be growing

 

Appreciate:

• Appreciate the small things in life & the small things in others
• Hand write people with belief and gratitude
• Fan the flame inside of others - Help momentum from a place of stagnation. (Get another word)
• Intentionally appreciate your own small wins

 

Serve:

• Get people together, be a connector
• Ask people what they are working on and or interested right now and see if there is a piece of that you can help with. 
• Be a “Champion” for someone
