In this episode, Nick chats to yogi and tantric workshop facilitator Satayama Lasby. Satyama has been exploring the realms of tantra, neotantra and yoga for over twenty years and is a wealth of experience and knowledge. Nick had the pleasure of partaking in one of her 7 day intensives on the island of Koh Phangan in Thailand where this interview takes place. They discuss misconceptions surrounding tantra, what exactly tantra is and what it isn't, the mystical states one can reach through such practises, what the hell is going on with the masculine and the feminine right now and much much more.

This week, Nick Sun finds himself one hour north of Chiang Mai, where he has spent the last five weeks at a Muay Thai Sangha, a Muay Thai intensive retreat for the mind, body and spirit run by Kru Pedro Solana. They discuss a wide range of topics to do with the path of the spiritual warrior, including fear, pain, ego, meditation and more. Pedro has practised a variety of martial arts for the past 30 years, specialising in Muay Thai, Muay Chaiya and Krabi Krabong (Thai double swords). He is also an accomplished meditator, yogi and spiritual practitioner. The last five weeks Nick has spent under Pedro's tutelage has been a deeply transformative experience and he highly recommends everyone to go spend time with Pedro, you won't regret it! Nick Sun talks with Josh Williams, a Kuku Yalanji traditional healer from the oldest rainforest in the world, the Daintree. The two sat by the healing waters of Mossman Gorge and had a good yarn about Josh's experiences, practises and initiations into the indigenous healing traditions of his culture... A few relevant messages also came through for these times we are living in, along with some incredible stories about the local folklore, his life and work as well the use of sorcery in the top end AFL football league.
