During World of Coffee Athens, we had the privilege of speaking with Trish Rothgeb. Trish is the co-founder and roast master at Wrecking Ball Coffee Roasters, a Q-Grader, and an educator based in San Francisco, California. She tells us about her journey in coffee and how she coined the term Third Wave Coffee as well as how she sees the future of coffee. Throughout the episode, she also discusses some problems in coffee that she has faced with some solutions.
