Have you ever wondered what the message may have been? What did Jesus write?
Join me as I travel back in time. And I share a word from our Bible word study and meditation. I have fused them together to create a self-narrated story called "Message in the Sand".
‘Teacher, this woman was caught in the act of adultery. In the Law, Moses commanded us to stone such women. Now, what do you say?’ They were using this question as a trap, in order to have a basis for accusing him. But Jesus bent down and started to write on the ground with his finger.” (John 8:3-6)

Join me as I travel back in time. And I share a word from our Bible word study and meditation. I have fused them together to create a self-narrated story called The Master Hands.
We are all a work in progress. However, if you surrender your life to the master’s hands (Jesus) he will lovingly mold you into a beautiful gift for our Heavenly Father. 🤟🏼❤( and it won't hurt a bit 😍)
"You became imitators of us and of the Lord, for you welcomed the message in the midst of severe suffering with the joy given by the Holy Spirit." ... In this way, you imitated both us and the Lord."

Fear and Anxiety are emotions that are truly complex. As I study the word fear I can only feel unequipped to truly share this word from an educated perspective. I am not a phycologist nor a therapist. But I can share from my experience. And my wanting to know more so maybe I can help the ones I love that suffer at the hands of such a debilitating emotion. I do believe the emotion of fear was a God-given emotion to protect us from danger.
I feel anxiety seems to manifest itself when we have a frightening experience. It leaves a vivid memory in our subconscious mind that forms a trigger that mirrors a fear that we once had. When these triggers are activated by the mind it can make these emotions come racing to the surface. Causing your pulse to elevate, your palms to sweat, your thoughts to race, and your breathing can become labored. The fight or flight thoughts kick in. It can cause a surge of adrenaline to assist with either fighting or fleeing.
I do believe the mind is complex and learns to distinguish the difference between a true genuine danger and one that is rising from a previous experience. Both can be debilitating and can rob you of living life to its full potential and can crush relationships.
Join me as I share my thoughts and meditation about that ugly 4 letter word we know as FEAR.
‘Do not fear, for I am with you; Do not anxiously look about you, for I am your God. I will strengthen you, surely I will help you, Surely I will uphold you with My righteous right hand.’Isaiah 41:10
I sought the Lord, and He answered me. And delivered me from all my fears. Psalm 34:4

In this episode, we will explore a word from our Bible word study and a mediation story that unfolded..
I will ask you do you think you are courageous? When trouble arises do we run to help? Or do we run away and hide ?? Life has many challenges, health, finances, relationships. During my life, I have witnessed single parents having the courage to step up to the plate for their children time and time again. I have seen friends come and stand firm and offer a shoulder when life gets messy. I have seen families hold each other up during life trials. I have witnessed courage in the face of life-threatening illnesses.
I do believe courage comes in all sizes from the simplest gesture to the biggest heroic event. But where and how do we get the strength to execute this type of courage? Follow me as we explore this word further.

Meditation can open our hearts and our minds to many wonderful stories. Today I openly share a story that unfolded as I meditated to a song called God's Love. Mediation can open our hearts and can connect us to our soul desires. However, there are times sharing a peek into our hearts can be intimidating. But He has given us the best gift we could ever imagine. And if sharing His love touches just one life... That is all He has asked us to do.
It's Him, It's always Him.
Merry Christmas from our house to yours.

Going from an introvert to sharing a peek into my heart has put me through a wide range of emotions. But I feel I have been given a gift to share. So here I am standing here way out of my comfort zone.. I am so thankful to you the listener for taking the time to listen to my thoughts as I open my heart. I will share a story that transpired in my mind's eye.. as meditated. Have you ever felt helpless to help others in these challenging times? I know someone that can change everything.

As we approach this special CHRISTmas season I would like to ask you.
Do we take words for granted? Do we say them and sing them without truly feeling them. Do we read the Bible and skip through the words without much thought?
This past year has been an amazing time with words. A friend and I have just about completed a 365 Day Bible Word study. And it has proven to be the most amazing eye and heart-opening experience.
Today I invite you to walk with me while I share our adventure with the word Adore.
Click on the link below for more details on Triune LOVEs Me word study.
I pray that you will try it and I hope you will find it to be a wonderful tool to open your heart to Love beyond our understanding.
