Fans of 80s action movies surely know the movie franchise The Karate Kid, sure, it fell off as sequels came out but that original hits hard. No pun intended. While the last Karate Kid game I can remember was in the 8-bit days, it is awesome to finally see one in the brawler genre - why it took this long is mind boggling.

Karate Kid Street Rumble is available now on PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo Switch, and Steam for PC's. It is about $40, which is kind of steep in my eyes but I guess that license is not cheap.

This is a brawler game based on the classic Bruce Campbell and Sam Rami movie, Evil Dead.

Evil Dead Redux uses the OpenBor engine and features some great graphics that I can only assume are original for this game (not common with OpenBor games).
