Hello everyone, and welcome back to another episode of Trophy Talk!
In our second episode of November the crew is here to chat all about what we've been playing and spending our time in. As you can see from the episode title though, we take a good deal of time in this episode discussing the notion that time is indeed a resource, and our scarcest one at that! With so many great games out, and coming out, just how exactly does anyone play all the things they want to play. With our normal jobs, friends, and family obligations all vying for this same resource of time, it gets tough to juggle. It's a good problem to have though and all of us here on the show take some time to reflect on that fact.
Our Patreon submitted questions this week take us down memory lane a bit as we discuss what really got us in to trophy hunting, and what we both like and dislike about the hobby. This of course isn't a new topic for us here on the show but it's a good one to revisit once a year or so as thoughts on the hobby can morph and change over time. Additionally, we chat about what types of trophies make us feel the most satisfaction upon earning them in our hunts!
As far as what we've been playing, Darryl has managed to make his way through the brutal 2D metroidvania game of Blasphemous and has great things to say about it. Josh and Colin continue their journey in Black Ops 6 with some updates on the mp and zombies while pausing to play a surprisingly good and addicting Pokémon TCGP. And lastly, Josh discusses a surprise hit in the politically driven narrative game of Road 96 (and it's prequel). Needless to say the boys have been very busy indeed.
Thank you for listening, and we hope that you enjoy the episode!
