Hey Hey Folks! This is Episode 14 of Trost Talk. I am joined by my best friend Mike Van Horn. In this episode we talk about anxiety and pressures we feel on a day-to-day bases. We dive into how anxiety is rising and seems to stem from social media, work, and life in general. I make the case for lack of religion being a cause in rising anxiety in younger generations and Mike gives his view on religion after attending a christian college for two years.

He has been wanting to come on for a while and talk about possibility of ancient life before written history starts. We go over recent findings of researchers that is showing more and more evidence that these ancient societies may have been far more advanced than we think. This leads us into a conversation about Bob Lazard, Area 51, and life beyond this planet.
