The abuse inflicted on kids was hard to watch and they have lots of thoughts and feelings to share. After breaking down the documentary Stacy and Lindsay discuss the different levels of care for mental health treatment and how to know when you need more support.

-The troubled teen industry and how it preys on worried parents.
-How the model of this school deprived kids of connection and support, resulting in complex trauma for many of the students.
-Paris Hilton’s experience at this type of facility and her advocacy work to prevent these programs from operating. -Red flags to look for when seeking a higher level of mental health treatment.
-The various levels of support for mental health, what each one looks like and when it is most appropriate.
