Dr. Melissa Cugliari is a licensed Naturopathic Doctor who holds a general family practice in Downtown Toronto. Melissa is an expert in digestive health, hormones, and dermatology. In the early days, Melissa found that the best way to learn about diets and see how they affect the body would simply test things out on herself! She felt ok, until University where she was studying pre-med. The stress was out of control, and she found that her health was greatly impacted at this time. She felt horrible and that is what helped her to fall in love with natural alternatives to western medicine!

Jamie, a South-Asian woman of transgender experience from Toronto, creates content on beauty, fashion, and experiences living openly as a trans person with a little bit of humor and sass. Jamie came out a year ago after living in stealth (hiding her trans identity) for over half of her life due to shame, fear, and safety reasons. She recently got married and she and her husband both realized the importance of representation and visibility. Hence, using her platform to start conversations and raise awareness in hopes of normalizing the lives of LGBTQ+ people and relationships with all of us.
