Les and I connected over LinkedIn recently, and from our first conversation, I could tell Les has a true passion for his profession as an over-the-road legend professional driver and driver training.
 
One of the key takeaways Les shared during our conversation, is that we are all human and we need to ensure we treat others as we would like to be treated. As a professional driver, and a driver trainer, Les keeps this perspective in mind while training newer drivers the expectations and safety practices, and understands that he needs to be patient while others learn, and be willing to lend a hand wherever needed.
