This week we celebrate and commemorate historical events in the U.S. Never before has it been more important to turn towards ourselves and face the truth of who we are. We believe that turning away and contracting from the big feelings and the truth of who we really are keeps us safe. Feelings like panic, stress, and shame can seem overwhelming and as if they will take us over. Lifting the Veil is the first step of turning towards  and not turning away from those feelings. It was creating the space to turn towards my own feelings, my own shame and guilt that ultimately lifted the veil of darkness I’d been inside of and allowed me to see the glory within. Join me as we learn how to create the space for our most amazing journey inward.
