Reza joined Icelandic Glacial in 2014. With nearly 20 years of consumer product experience last as President of Activate Drinks and  from several management positions at Nestle Waters North America where he managed a portfolio of brands with over $1bn in sales. 

Reza shares with us how he has been able to assemble a team of the best of the best in the water bottling industry. He shares some great tangibles on specifically what he is looking for when he conducts interviews with candidates.

Reza then goes deeper into how he has been able to build a culture of fun with very little ego attached.

Reza also shares with us how when Covid hit, their company overnight lost 75% of their revenue streams…and more importantly how they were able to survive this storm with 0 layoffs!!
