When you think of POWER… What comes to mind? Is it the huge guy in the gym, an influential person at work, or a country leader? Power gives you the confidence to act, be creative, or keep moving forward in difficult situations. You can have greater strength, and it comes from the Lord. Today, Pastor Gary shares that when you trust in Jesus, you have the power of the Holy Spirit within you. This is good news for you, knowing that you can defeat the enemy that tries to keep you from the Lord.

Do you ever feel like God is distant during dark seasons? Sometimes you feel like you can’t win. These moments feel bleak. It’s hard to trust God in these moments, but friends, hope remains! God is still at work in your life no matter the trouble you face. You can trust that the Lord is still present even in your darkest hour. Today, Pastor Gary encourages you that trouble doesn’t cancel God’s blessings. The Lord remains faithful. So be encouraged that God is still at work wherever you are!

Because of Jesus, we’re secure for eternity. Our spiritual enemy can make life hard for us, and he will do so as we grow in the love of Christ. He wants to tear you down and make life as miserable as possible. But as Pastor Gary will remind us in today’s message, even if Satan does the worst, taking our lives from us, we get to be with our Savior. We do not need to fear because the battle for our souls has been won.

We all long for rest. Our hearts long for it, and we’ll go to great lengths trying to attain it. There are countless self-help books, programs, and seminars from a number of self-proclaimed “gurus” who think they’ve found a solution. Yet, you’ll find very few people who feel satisfied with the state of their souls. If someone does, just give them a few days or weeks, and they’ll likely be looking for the next fix. Today, Pastor Gary will remind us of the one true, lasting source of this peace we long for.

Pride is so dangerous. It can destroy your own heart and your relationships with others. When you start thinking that you’re above others, you’re forgetting the sinful nature you were born with. All of us were created equal, with the image of God stamped on our hearts. As Pastor Gary will remind us in today’s message, the only reason we can live a life that even dimly reflects the life God intended us for is because of the power and grace of God. We need to extend that grace to the people around us.

God understands this better than any of us possibly can, and He knows the exact point where we’ll be forced to stop relying on ourselves and lean into His strength.

In those moments, it's easy to question God's goodness, but unanswered prayer is never proof that He has stopped being a loving Father. That's where our faith is renewed and strengthened, and our lives are transformed. Pastor Gary will share with you today that a rooted life begins with daily abiding in Christ. You can stand firm in every season because God will strengthen everyone who seeks Him.

None of us enjoys having our weaknesses exposed. We would rather cover our wounds than revisit the pain, but healing often begins when what's been hidden is finally brought into the light. Sometimes God lovingly uncovers what's broken because He refuses to leave us there. Today, Pastor Gary will remind you that God doesn't expose your brokenness to shame you; He reveals it to restore you. You can trust Him with every wounded place, because the hands that uncover are the same hands that heal.
