We will dig into his path from a basketball student-athlete who struggled with multiple injuries, his search for ways to recover faster and stay healthy which lead to creating the Recover Vibe Pro percussion therapy tool as well as what areas of recovery are on the horizon. The timing of this episode couldn't be better as the amount of our training and activity volume may be increasing due to preparing for the fall seasons or summer weather. Whichever is the case, we want to make sure we are recovering so our bodies can come back ready for our next session/adventure.
