Change your PERSPECTIVE of your situation before it KILLS YOU!!

Ok...THAT DID IT!!! I received news today that a friend of mind died a week and a half a go - heart attack at 45, my Publicists girl friend died of a heart attack at 42 a week ago, another friend was 30 minutes from death from what he thought was a simple chest pain - had to undergo major surgery resulting in Kidney failure, and severe brain damage. Why???? DEPRESSION & STRESS!! Their life took a turn and they didn't know how to handle it.
