Brooke and Jess share from a story in Mark 10, we see a man who knew the law so well and felt so proud of himself for keeping the commandments. Yet, Jesus taught him in his remarks that he was missing the whole point. We can’t live by the law perfectly, we need grace. We need relationship. Our relationship with Jesus is what cancels out all our shortcomings and failures. Law without relationship is religion. The sad fact, there will be many religious Christians in hell.
