This episode, by far, was one of the most difficult episodes thus far to both record and to listen to for me.

In this episode I share how God brought me to a place of forgiving the people that truly caused a level of pain in my life and that I held responsible for my brother's passing. The later of which was going to set me on a course to seek out revenge and a path God did not want for my life.

This moment, above all the other moments I've had with God, is the exact moment where He set me on a course towards serving Him in my life and with purpose.

As part of the journey towards a deeper understanding of God's love, this episode is a recollection of a series of conversations around accepting God's forgiveness in my life and truly forgiving myself for past mistakes.

Through these conversations, I came to understand why He cares so deeply about forgiveness, and the impact it can have on our lives, faith, relationship with Him, if we do or don't choose to accept His forgiveness and even more importantly, if we cannot forgive ourselves.

In this episode I share a dream wherein God was showing me and speaking to me about letting go of unforgiveness. The dream itself was metaphorical and takes place as a series of scenes from the point of view of watching myself as a child playing amongst other kids in front of God's house. Some of these kids were playing in the streets and some were playing inside the the front yard. At dinner time only a certain few were allowed to enter His house and sit at His table with those He considers family for family dinner. These scenes were a metaphor to show me how God values forgiveness. It was prophetic in hindsight, as this dream came several years before I truly understood how important it would be in one of the most painful times of my life.
