Today’s guest is someone who’s had a massive impact on my life — spiritually, personally, and practically. He’s been mentoring me since 2022, and I honestly wouldn’t be the man I am today without his voice and example.

He’s the Youth and Student Pastor at CRC Cape Town, known for his unstoppable energy, unshakable passion for Jesus, and his ability to make you feel like you can do anything when you’re around him. He’s a people lover, a natural motivator, and the kind of guy who lifts everyone up in every room he enters.

He’s also a marathon runner, cyclist, CrossFit enthusiast, and a Half Ironman finisher. I always joke that he’s the pastor version of David Goggins — just with more Scripture and fewer F-bombs. He pushes his limits in everything he does and lives with a serious discipline that’s as inspiring as it is motivating.

He’s the son of the legendary Pastor Aidan Jeffrey, and he carries that legacy with strength, humility, and fire. He’s one of the most encouraging, uplifting leaders I know — always going the extra mile, always showing up for others.

But let me be real — the man can talk. So if I get five words in today, count it as a win.
